How colorful can you make your plate? Personally I love all kinds of veggies and every day I make it a priority to get in at least 6 fistfuls of veggies a day. How are you doing with that?
Do you decorate for Christmas? If so, how’s it going? My husband and I took advantage of some unseasonably warm temperatures here in Minnesota this weekend and enjoyed a few hours of decorating outdoors. How can you not enjoy 50 plus degrees late November😮?!
So here I go as promised. Better late than never, as the old saying goes. My Twin Cities Marathon Recap. As mentioned here, this marathon wasn’t my first, or to be honest, second choice, but it was the marathon to run based on my husband’s complicated work schedule.
The other day when I was mixing up some of my favorite no knead bread, I got to thinking about some things I have been working on lately. Things that I want to improve on and to be honest let go of, to become the person I am trying become. Don’t get me wrong…in general, I feel like I have accomplished a lot in life.
What’s it like breaking a one inch board with your bare hand? For me, it was a powerful and emotional experience! I think jumped 5 feet when I broke-through.
