SuperFood Protein Smoothie Bowl, Run, Strength, Recover, in that order

Who else shops at Costco? I personally love discovering new items there including this superfood smoothie mix. This stuff ROCKS! It’s a great way to take your average smoothie bowl up a notch nutritiously and easily?.

Combing fruits and veggies with other healthy ingredients is my favorite way to start my morning after a run and strength session. Here’s how I roll…RUN-STRENGTH-RECOVER?‍♀️?️‍♀️?.

This mix has some of my favorites~

  • raw cocoa nibs
  • maca root powder
  • chia seeds
  • hemp
  • coconut
  • and much more.

I add these on a daily basis so how convenient to have them packaged all in one bag.

I love enjoying my smoothie bowl out of a wide mouth mason jar but a fun bowl is perfect too! And don’t skimp on the toppings! Have fun decorating your bowl with your favorite mix-ins. I always add a little of my favorite granola.

It’s such a great way to guarantee a happy not hangry start to your day!

This is truly my favorite recovery meal after hard tough runs and workouts. This smoothie bowl is hydrating and a good balance of fat, protein, and carbs.

Do you shop at Costco?

So do you prefer sipping a smoothie or eating one with a spoon?

I often do both in one sitting….straw than a spoon, straw, spoon…try it?.

How often do you do strength work and when…before you’re run or after?
