Peanut Butter Protein Bites, 28th Annual Open House, The Most Wonderful Time of the Year

This past weekend I spent most of my Friday chatting with a handful of loyal customers off and on all afternoon. It was a really good day!

For those of you who follow me, you may know I am passionate about living an active life style, eating healthy, running & staying injury free. But I am also very fortunate to wake up every morning to a job I love?❤️️?. Not everyone is this lucky and I get that and although leaving my corporate jog over 25 years ago wasn’t an easy decision, it’s been an amazing journey. Yes, I too have had some rough times, but I keep showing up and because of my dedication & consistency, I continue to learn, grow, and experience life to the fullest. LIFE IS GOOD

I have met so many great people both through the running community and my work. It’s like I have this second family and many of these people I have never met. It’s kind of crazy how close you can get to a group of people you meet through social media and the blogging world. I feel incredibly blessed.

When I started my business way back in the early 90’s, I began setting aside a week in December to give back to all my loyal customers. For an entire week I have my biggest sale of the year. I also host an open house for my local customers. The Christmas season is truly the most magical time of the year?.

This year, as usual, I made some healthy treats with one of my favorite products. I love how versatile our protein is and since it’s very low in sugar (less than a gram), vegan, non GMO I can feel good about sharing them with my guests. It’s a good thing when you represent a company you truly believe in. The products always work. They are always Green. And they are always safe.

These Peanut Butter Protein BITES (or if you’d like to refer to them as Gems) are INCREDIBLE…and were the first to go so thought I would share this recipe first.

My chocolate glaze may not look pretty but so YUMMY!

I also made Sweet Potato Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies with my left over slow roasted sweet potatoes.

And last but not least, these homemade Protein Bars. These remind so much of my favorite Meal-in-a-Bar. DELICIOUS & Homemade!

Please dont forget the sea salt!

BUT, today I bring you the TASTY Peanut Butter Protein Gems…….
