Here you go my friends. Another delicious plant based meal you’re going to love. Like I said in this post, I don’t follow one particular diet, but I enjoy eating plant based and I LOVE this bowl! It’s seriously a toss up which I love more, this one my new Macro bowl. Definitley two totally different dishes, but both as good as the other😋. I’d love to hear what you think.
Congratulations! You made it through January…almost. Unfortunately here in Minnesota, it’s still bitter cold today and there could possibly be a lot of winter weather left based on how cold it was this morning on my run. Just 2°F. To be honest, I am not sure if what the Groundhog predicts on February 2nd holds much truth, but I for one am hoping he doesn’t see his shadow and spring arrives early.

Have you ever heard of pulse foods? I happen to get really excited about these powerhouse foods. I love everything about creating healthier dishes and this one turned out magnificent! Yes you could say I am a bit of a food nerd sometimes…😉.
How colorful can you make your plate? Personally I love all kinds of veggies and every day I make it a priority to get in at least 6 fistfuls of veggies a day. How are you doing with that?
